These Terms of Service explain the terms that apply when you visit our website, purchase our products or otherwise use the Jedda website.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

OUR PRODUCTS

We do our best to make sure our product descriptions, photographs, colours and measurements are as accurate as possible.

Because screens and devices can display colours differently, the colour of a product may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

Our original artwork is individually painted and each piece is one of a kind. Small variations, imperfections and differences in brushwork are part of the nature of handmade artwork and are not considered faults.

We reserve the right to update product information, discontinue products or make changes to our collections at any time.

ORDERS

When you place an order with Jedda, you are making a request to purchase the products in your order.

Once your order has been successfully placed and payment has been received, you'll receive an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where there is a genuine issue such as an obvious pricing or product description error, suspected fraudulent activity, or an item becoming unexpectedly unavailable.

If we need to cancel your order, we'll contact you and provide a refund for any payment already made.

PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices on our website are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.

Payment is processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We currently ship to Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand.

Shipping costs and available delivery options are shown at checkout.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the relevant shipping carrier and can sometimes be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing or other unforeseen events.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information where available.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, please contact us so we can work out the best way to resend it.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable consumer law.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

ORIGINAL ARTWORK

All original artwork sold by Jedda is created by us and remains protected by copyright.

Purchasing an original artwork gives you ownership of the physical artwork itself. It does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

You may not reproduce, resell as a reproduction, commercially reproduce, scan, print or otherwise use our artwork commercially without our written permission.

JEDDA CONTENT

Everything on the Jedda website — including our artwork, photographs, illustrations, designs, logos, written content and branding — belongs to Jedda or is used with permission.

Please don't copy, reproduce, modify or use our content commercially without asking us first.

We're always happy to chat about collaborations or licensing. 🤎

WEBSITE USE

Please use our website lawfully and respectfully.

You must not use the website to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, scrape or copy our content, or engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity.
