ARE THE ARTWORKS ORIGINAL?
Yes. Each artwork is an original, hand-painted piece created by me in watercolour. Every piece is one of a kind.

ARE THE ARTWORKS FRAMED?
Yes, unless stated otherwise. Original artworks are framed and ready to hang, with the frame details listed on each individual product page.

IS THE ARTWORK THE EXACT PIECE PICTURED?
Yes. When you purchase an original, you're purchasing the exact artwork shown in the listing.

WILL THE COLOURS LOOK LIKE THEY DO ONLINE?
I photograph each piece as accurately as possible, but colours can vary slightly between screens and depending on lighting.

HOW WILL THEY BE SHIPPED?
Each artwork is carefully wrapped and securely boxed to protect it during transit. I use protective packaging around the frame before placing it into a sturdy shipping box.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Original artworks are generally dispatched within 3 DAYS. You'll receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.

DO YOU SHIP AUSTRALIA-WIDE?
Yes! Artwork can be shipped Australia-wide, with shipping calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of the piece.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
To New Zealand, yes! That's all for now.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ARTWORK ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Please photograph the artwork, frame, packaging and shipping label and contact us as soon as possible. Please keep all packaging until the issue has been resolved.

CAN I RETURN AN ARTWORK?
Because original artworks are one-of-a-kind, change-of-mind returns are not accepted. If your artwork arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we'll work with you to resolve it.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY ARTWORK?
Keep your artwork away from direct sunlight, moisture and extreme changes in temperature or humidity. Avoid hanging it somewhere it may be exposed to water.

WHERE CAN I FIND THE SIZE GUIDE?
Each clothing product has its own measurements listed in the product description. If you're between sizes or unsure, feel free to contact us before ordering.

HOW SHOULD I WASH MY JEDDA PIECES?
We recommend washing garments inside out on a cold, gentle cycle and allowing them to air dry where possible. Avoid high heat and harsh detergents to help preserve the artwork, prints and fabric. We recommend air drying your tee. If you do use a dryer, use a low-heat setting.

WILL THE PRINT FADE?
Our printed artwork is designed to be soft and comfortable, but like any printed garment, repeated washing, high heat and prolonged direct sunlight can affect the print over time. Treat her nicely and she'll stick around. 🤎

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Orders are generally dispatched within 3 DAYS. You'll receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Clothing can be returned for change of mind within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unworn, unwashed and has its original tags attached. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Original artworks are one-of-a-kind and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by our returns policy.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG SIZE?
If you've received an incorrect item or there is a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos where relevant.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR FAULTY?
Please contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the item and packaging. We'll assess the issue and work with you on a replacement, repair or refund where appropriate.

ARE THE CLOTHING PIECES LIMITED?
Yes. Jedda is currently produced in small batches, so once a piece sells out, it is unlikely to return.

HOW LONG DO ORDERS TAKE?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

HOW IS TRACKING PROVIDED?
